A few weeks ago Sam, myself and our two friends, Tom and Sarah headed over to Woolacombe for a dog-friendly Weekend away. Sam and I have been to Woolacombe a few times, once with Alfie & Tilly, and we've loved the dog friendly atmosphere and in the warmer months the streets are lined with families holidaying with their pooches.
We found a little dog friendly flat, perfect for what we needed for the few days and super close to the beach. Woolacombe Bay is stunning, even in the high season it's dog friendly and it's ever so pretty.
We went for morning walks, wrapped up warm because of the chilly English weather. Evening walks, as it got even colder, and the sunset over the rolling waves. We ate ice cream, found dog friendly places to eat and drink, and stocked our fridge up with too much wine and beer and pizza, ready for our games of Cards against Humanity and Bull Shit.

On Saturday we decided to become a little more civilised and found the gorgeous Woolacombe Bay Hotel for cream tea and cocktails too. Their glass atrium at The Bay Brasserie was dog friendly, so we managed to soak up the sun rays and relax with some amazing scones and lots of cream.
On Sunday the rain was pouring and we went in search for the perfect roast dinner, luckily we found the perfect spot at The Tides Inn. A lovely cosy but very up to date pub, perfect for the pooch by the open fire and perfect for our hungry bellies. We'll certainly be back here on our next trip ♥
Sevvy got to wear his new collar and lead, from Daft Paws. I adore navy blue with his brown coat, and these material was sourced just for Sev. They're handmade and really good value for money for the love and effort that goes into making them. I love buying new goodies for Sev, even if he doesn't really know about it, I love spoiling my boy.
Have you been to Woolacombe before, or to the seaside with your furry friend? I'd love to know your pet-friendly recommendations.
