Crufts 2016

As a dog lover, and Veterinary Nurse, you may be surprised that I've never been to Crufts before...but this year that changed!
The lovely people over at AO.com gifted me tickets for the fun packed four days, and on Saturday I ventured up to Birmingham NEC for the day.

Last minute I managed to get a dog pass for Lily, and although we questioned her going, I decided to go for it and she was a superstar. When we finally made our way in to the arena we were met by stall after stall of goodies for you pooch, everything and anything you could think of was there.
Myself and Lily did find it all a little overwhelming but we soon go into the swing of it and found some of our favourite brand stands, as well as visiting pooches ready for their time to perform or show off their wonderful breeds.

In the afternoon I was lucky to meet Emma and Alfie from Alfie Bear, and together we tackled more stands and got chatting to some wonderful brands that were both well known but also very new. It really made my day by meeting them, and we got on perfectly. I swooned over how obedient Alfie was, and what an awesome photographer Emma is- they're truly the best pair!

Lily had so much attention all day, people were even asking for her photograph, and of course she obliged. We both met Fleur de Force and Squidge, featured on the Crufts Instagram page and managed to get our hands [and paws] on lots of freebies to try out.

A huge Thank you to AO for sending me, Emma for being my pal [and photographer] for the day and Lily for being the best four-legged girly I could as for.
